In order to fully understand the concept of music videos; i acknowledged that i should look into/research earlier music videos.Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen is arguably the first music video followed by millions in order to boost record sales with help from a music video. When released as a single alongside it a music video, 'Bohemian Rhapsody' became a instant hit, attaining commercial success; the single managed to hold onto the number 1 spot for almost 9 weeks.
